France x Reader - Christmas Dinner

"Can I open my eyes now?" you asked your boyfriend Francis, who was holding your hands and leading you towards…something.

"Not yet, mon cher, patience," he said, his tone of voice showing that he was smiling, as he pulled you towards your destination.

"It better not be something perverted…" you warned.

"Of course not, now, just a little longer," he told you, making the wait seem even more endless to you.

"And…we're here!" he said, finally, "You can open your eyes now."

"Ugh, finally! What was so secretive any-woahh…" you gasped as you opened your eyes.

Right in front of you, was a dining table, with candlelight and many types of food that you couldn't even pronounce.

"Francis…what…what is this?" you asked, looking at everything in awe.

"Why a Christmas dinner of course," he said, walking up behind you, and held a pastry up to your mouth, "Here, try one."

Taking a small bite of it, you gave an immediate response.

"This is delicious Francis! What is it anyway?"

"I'm glad you like it~. It's called Mille-feuille." he said as he wrapped his arms around your waist, giving you a kiss on the cheek, before pulling you along to the table, "Now, why don't we finish the food here, maybe get some wine and have dessert later~?"

"That sounds great Francis!" you exclaimed, before noticing something and quickly questioning it, "…By dessert, you do mean food right? …Right?"
